Best Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
3 T. flour
4 eggs
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 T. butter
2 c. water
Preparation

Separate eggs. Mix sugar, flour, and cornstarch together, add water gradually.
Cook stirring constantly, until it begins to thicken.
Slowly add 1 c. of beaten egg yolks put back in saucepan.
Cook 2-3 minutes longer.
Pour into cool baked pie crust.
