Pepper-Onion Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 bell peppers
    6 onions
    3 c. vinegar
    2 scant c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Grind peppers and onions; cover with boiling water and let stand five minutes.
    Drain.
    Boil together vinegar, sugar, salt, celery seed and mustard seed.
    Add pepper and onion mixture. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Put in jars and seal.
