Very Versatile Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. biscuit mix (Jiffy or Bisquick)
    2 c. meat or vegetables or combination
    1 c. grated cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all together and pour into a 9 1/2-inch pie plate which has been buttered.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
