Swiss Parsleyed Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/3 c. Carnation milk
    2/3 c. water
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    4 c. cooked wide noodles, drained
    1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter in large saucepan; stir in flour.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Gradually add milk and water; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boils.
    Remove from heat; stir in cheese and parsley.
    Fold in noodles.
    Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve with beef or chicken.
