Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. buttermilk
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. melted butter, margarine or salad oil
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Combine buttermilk and eggs; add to flour mixture.
    With eggbeater or electric mixer at high speed, beat until smooth; stir in butter.
    Bake as directed by waffle iron manufacturer directions.
