Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped green or red bell pepper
    1 c. chopped, seeded cucumber
    8 oz. cubed Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. chopped green onion tops
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all together and refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
