Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 (1 oz.) sq. baking chocolate
3 c. sifted confectioners sugar
4 1/2 Tbsp. hot water
1 egg
1/2 c. soft butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt chocolate in double boiler (mixing bowl) over hot water. Remove from heat.
With electric mixer, blend in sugar and hot water.
Beat in egg, then butter and vanilla.
(Frosting will be thin at this point, so place bowl in ice water and beat until of spreading consistency.)
