No Fail Gingerbread Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. molasses
    1 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    2 tsp. ginger
    flour (about 5 c.)
Preparation
    Combine molasses, butter and brown sugar in large pot; bring to boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 1 cup flour; let cool.
    Dissolve the baking soda in the vinegar.
    Beat egg.
    Add spices to egg. Add egg mixture to soda and vinegar mixture.
    Combine with molasses mixture.
    Add flour until it is a good consistency for rolling (about 4 to 5 cups).
    Rolls out extremely well.
    Never sticks.
    Good for cookie cutters.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 8 minutes.
    These cookies stay nice and soft if stored in an airtight can.
    Dough refrigerates and freezes well.
