Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 c. spinach, cooked and chopped
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. cheese, grated
    4 eggs, separated
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter; stir in flour and gradually add milk until mixture thickens.
    Stir
    in cheese and beaten egg yolks.
    Fold in onion
    and\tspinach.
    Stir\tuntil smooth and slightly cool. Fold stiffly beaten egg whites into mixture.
    Bake in buttered casserole at 350\u00b0
    until firm on top and soft inside, about 35 minutes.
