Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 c. lukewarm water
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast
6 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Mix sugar, shortening and salt.
Add boiling water.
Blend and cool.
Add to beaten eggs.
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Pour into egg mixture.
Add flour and mix well.
Refrigerate about 6 hours or overnight.
When ready, take out and knead what you need.
Roll out to 1/4-inch thickness.
Let rise for about 2 hours.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
