Nanci'S Melt-In-Your-Mouth Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 3 lb. venison steaks
    1 small bottle French dressing
    seasoning salt
    lemon juice
    Worcestershire sauce
    pepper
Preparation
    Trim and bone steaks.
    Cut into 2 to 4-inch squares.
    Pound flat with mallet.
    Place dressing in bowl.
    Cover completely with seasoning salt.
    Add 4 shakes of Worcestershire sauce and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
    Stir well.
    Cover baking sheet with foil.
    Dip each piece of meat into sauce to cover completely and place on foil.
    Pour leftover sauce onto meat.
    Broil 3 minutes. Turn and broil another 3 minutes.
    (Can be grilled.)
