Strawberry Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Crisco or Wesson oil
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
2 boxes or 2 pkg. strawberries
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Add juice from strawberries to cake batter.
Separate egg whites.
Beat until stiff and fluffy.
Then fold into cake batter.
Mix well.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0 or 375\u00b0. Bake 1 hour.
