Barbecue Sauce For Meats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp butter
    1 onion, diced fine
    1 small green pepper, diced fine
    2 Tbsp brown sugar
    2 Tbsp prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp salt
    3/4 c. catsup
Preparation
    Choose at least a 2 pound standing rib.
    Allow 3/4 to 1 pound per person.
    Season with seasoned salt, onion salt and garlic powder.
