Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. macaroni, cooked
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    4 shredded carrots
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    10 oz. pkg. uncooked petits peas
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 tsp. pepper
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. mayo
    1 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Blend together milk, salt, pepper, egg, mayo and vinegar. Pour over remaining ingredients except peas.
    Add peas just before serving.
    Make several hours before eating or day ahead.
