Manhattan Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Parkay margarine
1 (10 oz.) jar Kraft pure apricot preserves
1/2 c. Kraft barbecue sauce
Preparation

Combine meat, bread crumbs, eggs, onion and seasoning. Mix lightly. Shape into medium meatballs. Brown in margarine.
Place in casserole dish. Combine preserves and barbecue sauce.
Pour over meat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
