Seafood Medley(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped coarse
1/2 green pepper, chopped coarse
5 cloves garlic (fine)
1/2 can diced tomatoes
small catfish fillet, cubed
1/2 lb. imitation crab
2 Tbsp. Port wine
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. chervil
1/2 tsp. dill weed
Preparation

Stir-fry onion, pepper and garlic until tender. Add tomatoes and Port wine. After onions are caramelized, add fish and crabmeat. Add seasoning. Serve over spaghetti or rice (which may be cooked in chicken bouillon flavored water).
