Mini Reuben Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 slices party rye, toasted
8 oz. kraut, drained, rinsed and chopped
1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
12 thin slices corned beef, halved
12 thin slices Swiss cheese, halved
Preparation

Spread 1 teaspoon dressing on each slice of bread.
Place 1 tablespoon kraut on top with 1/2 slice corned beef and 1/2 slice Swiss cheese.
Place on baking sheet and broil only to melt cheese.
Makes 24 hors d'oeuvres.
