Crowd Size Waikiki Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    12 oz. hot Jimmy Dean sausage
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 20-oz. can pineapple chunks (tidbits)
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    3/4 C. VINEGAR
    2 TBSP SOY SAUCE
    6 Tbsp. CORN STARCH
    1 C. CORN SYRUP
Preparation
    Stir cracker crumbs, eggs, milk and meat together.
    Make into meatballs the size of large golf balls.
    Place them on two broiler pans and bake at 350 degrees in oven for 1 hour.
    Turn meatballs after 30 minutes.
