Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. meal
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cream-style corn
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 pod bell pepper, minced
    1/2 pod hot pepper, minced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into well-greased skillet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
