Fresh Apple Crunch Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. fresh apples, sliced
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/3 c. brandy
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Mix oil, eggs and sugar.
    Add flour mixture and mix well.
    Add apples, nuts, vanilla and brandy.
    Mix all together.
    Batter will be stiff like a cookie dough.
    Pour in a greased tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    This is a rich cake.
    Should not be iced.
