Dill Cream Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and cubed
    3 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
    raw egg (optional)
Preparation
    When potatoes are almost cooked, add sour cream (can be thinned with milk), mixed with flour.
    When the soup comes to a boil, add chopped dill.
    Raw eggs may be dropped into the soup after it is thickened and cooked over a slow fire or it may be served with hard-boiled eggs.
    Add 1 to 2 teaspoons vinegar for added flavor.
