Ingredients
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. (1 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
