2 eggs
1 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 Tbsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. maple syrup
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Beat eggs lightly.
Add all other ingredients.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes more.
