Horseradish Sour Cream Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (No. 2) cans Blue Lake whole green beans, drained
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt
    cracked pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp. onion juice
    2 tsp. chives, chopped (optional)

    Marinate beans in mixture overnight.
