Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    chopped onion
    chopped green pepper
    chopped celery
    chopped green chilies
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    6 to 8 eggs, beaten
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Crumble and fry sausage.
    Saute onion, green pepper, celery and chilies in sausage.
    Place bread cubes in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix all other ingredients and pour on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
