Celery Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced celery
1 1/2 cans cream of chicken or cream of celery soup
1 (4 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
1 (2 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds (optional)
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. soy sauce (optional)
1/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Blanch celery for approximately 4 minutes.
Mix all ingredients together except bread crumbs.
Place in casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
