Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. macaroni
    1 large bell pepper
    1 large onion
    4 large carrots
    1/3 lb. American cheese
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook macaroni and drain; rinse with cold water.
    Add bell pepper, onion and carrots.
    Mix mayonnaise, Eagle Brand milk, vinegar, salt and pepper and pour over macaroni.
    Stir in cubed cheese.
    Chill for 4 to 12 hours before serving.
