Mexican Hot Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hamburger and 1/2 lb. sausage, fried, crumbled and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can water
    jalapenos to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together into a crock-pot and heat until warm.
    Serve warm with tortilla chips or chips of your own choice.
    Recipe may be doubled for full crock-pot.
