Cranberry Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag fresh cranberries
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. orange marmalade
    1 tsp. lemon rind
    1/4 c. Amaretto
Preparation
    Bring cranberries, sugar and lemon juice to a boil.
    Lower heat and simmer 25 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Add orange marmalade, lemon rind and Amaretto.
    Put on top of cream cheese and serve with crackers (Wheat Thins).
