Italian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 medium size bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium size onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 medium size can tomatoes
    1 can Spanish rice
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Saute onion, pepper and celery.
    Add ground beef and brown, then drain.
    Add tomatoes, Spanish rice and parsley flakes.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
