Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. chopped pimiento
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 c. celery, chopped fine or grated
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Heat pineapple to boiling point, add lime jello and stir until dissolved.
Chill until partially set.
Soften cream cheese, stir in pimiento, and add to jello mixture and blend.
Fold in whipped cream, celery and nuts.
Pour in mold and chill until firm.
