Spring Vegetable Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. cooked macaroni
3 cucumbers, cubed
3 tomatoes, cubed
1 Bermuda onion, chopped
1/2 c. nonfat plain yogurt
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. each parsley and chives
1 Tbsp. mustard with horseradish
Preparation

Mix yogurt, mustard, salt and pepper in large bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
Chill.
