Baked Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cut fillets in serving pieces; place in greased shallow baking dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Make a white sauce of butter, flour, dry mustard, salt, pepper and milk.
    Pour over fillets.
    Sprinkle with Pepperidge Farm crumbs and parsley.
    Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
