Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. corn meal
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. and 1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Add egg, milk and oil and mix just until moistened.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes in a pie plate sprayed with cooking oil.
