Frozen Cucumber Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. peeled cucumbers
    1 c. sliced onions
    1 c. sliced bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. cider vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Let first four ingredients set 2 hours.
    Drain very well.
    Pat with paper towels.
    Boil remaining ingredients 1 minute.
    Let cool and pour over cucumbers.
    Freeze.
    Thaw 1/2 hour before serving. Good added to tossed salad.
