Herring In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) jar marinated herring tidbits
2 medium onions (sweet), sliced thin
1 peeled apple, sliced into thin strips
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 pt. sour cream

Preparation

Drain herring of juices and mix all ingredients.
Place into covered dish and keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
