Tofu Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. cubed tofu
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 chopped onion
    2 to 3 eggs
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    herbs to taste (example: 1/2 tsp. basil)
    1 1/2 c. milk (soy or dairy)
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    uncooked pie shell
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and pie crust in bowl.
    Add herbs and vegetables.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0, then 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
