Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. basil
1 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. garlic salt

Preparation

Mix ingredients and rub into roast.
Bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes per pound for rare; longer if desired.
