Shrimp With Feta Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. green onions
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 1/2 c. plum tomatoes, peeled, drained and chopped
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. dry vermouth
    1/2 c. clam juice
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 lb. Feta cheese
Preparation
    Clean shrimp.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Saute onions in olive oil until soft.
    Stir in drained tomatoes, garlic, parsley, oregano, basil, salt, pepper and vermouth.
    Cook a little on slow burner.
    Set aside.
    Stir in clam juice.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    In another pan, saute shrimp in butter.
    Put tomato mixture in shallow casserole.
    Pour shrimp over sauce and mix slightly. Crumble Feta and sprinkle over all.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Serve over linguine with French bread.
    Serves 4.
