Mexican Rice(24 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. raw rice
    6 Tbsp. bacon grease
    6 c. onions, chopped fine
    48 oz. diced drained tomatoes
    24 oz. tomato juice
    chicken broth cubes
    3 c. water
    pinch of salt
    1 c. red hot sauce
Preparation
    Heat grease.
    Add rice to brown, stirring.
    Add onions; cook until they are golden (5 minutes).
    Add tomato juice, tomatoes, stock, hot sauce and salt.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes, or until rice is tender.
