Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. walnuts or pecans
3 c. chopped sour apples
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. each: soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
Preparation

Blend all ingredients together and place in prepared 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with butterscotch morsels, 1 (6 ounce) package.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
