Mexican Perch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. perch fillets
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    grated onion
    1/4 c. soft oleo
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wipe fillets with damp cloth and lay on cookie sheet.
    Blend other ingredients and spread on fish.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
