Diet Lovers Potato Cream Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed with skim milk
    1 pkg. (3 1/2 or 4 oz.) Neufchatel cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine mashed potatoes and cheese, beating until well blended. Stir in egg, onion and parsley.
    Spoon into well-greased 1-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
