Sausage Cornbread Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 cup Martha White self rising corn meal mix
    1 small can cream style corn
    3/4 cup milk
    1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted shortening
    2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Grease a 10 inch skillet or a 2 qt. baking dish. Cook sausage and onion until brown and onion is tender. Beat eggs in large mixing bowl. Add cornmeal, corn, milk and oil. Mix well. Pour half of cornmeal mixture into prepared pan, sprinkle evenly with sausage mixture and cheese. Pour remaining cornmeal mixture over sausage and cheese.
