Easy Pan Burrito Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 pkg. enchilada sauce mix
    1 (16 oz.) Mexican style beans, drained
    1 (10 count) pkg. large flour tortillas
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar or Colby cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Mix tomato paste and enchilada sauce mix according to directions on back of sauce package.
    Add 1/2 of sauce to beef and simmer 15 minutes.
