White Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box chopped dates
    1 1/2 c. red and/or green candied cherries
    2 c. candied chopped pineapple
    4 c. pecan pieces
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. margarine or butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon extract
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    5 eggs
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Chop dates, cherries, pineapple and nuts; combine in a very large bowl.
    Add 1/4 cup of the flour, tossing to coat evenly. Set aside.
