Hot Cocoa For A Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. sugar
3 c. baking cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 qt. warm water
2 qt. boiling water
4 gal. hot milk

Preparation

In a large kettle, combine sugar, cocoa, salt and warm water. Mix well. Add boiling water and boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in hot milk.
Very good! Great for sled riding parties! Yields 100 servings.
