Apricot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. apricot nectar
3/4 c. salad oil
Preparation

Separate egg yolks from whites.
Mix cake mix, yolks, oil and apricot nectar at medium speed for 4 minutes.
Beat egg whites until
stiff; fold into batter.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
