Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. chopped spinach
1 bag Stove Top stuffing mix (use stick of butter)
6 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook spinach; drain well.
Prepare stuffing mix as directed (except butter).
Mix together and add remaining ingredients.
Let sit in fridge until well chilled.
Roll into small balls and bake on cookie sheets (greased) at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Makes 60 to 80 balls.
