Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 c. ham, diced
1 to 2 c. carrots, diced
1 to 2 c. potatoes, diced
1/2 brick Velveeta cheese, cut into 1/4-inch slices
2 Tbsp. cornstarch (in a small glass)
Preparation

Bring to boil the ham bone in a soup pot. Boil for about 10 minutes. Remove bone. Add veggies. Boil for about 20 minutes until tender, not soft; stir often. Stir in Velveeta; cook on medium heat for another 5 minutes. Mix cornstarch with about 4 tablespoons water. Mix in, stirring constantly. This will cause the soup to thicken. Add more if not thick enough.
